Parenting Sessions
We have accredited facilitators for the below evidence-based parenting programs:

The sessions may be facilitated in Arabic, if requested.
Free NDIS Consultation
The NDIS scheme can be highly confusing and we are here to help.
Contact us with any queries regarding the NDIS application process eligibility, or service access. We are available for a free 30-minute consultation.
Group Centre Based Activities
We are registered to provide Innovative community participation and Group/centre based activities. We offer a broad range of activities which are NDIS or My Aged Care participant-centred and aimed at skill development with limits of only your imagination. Choose from a large range listed under our Activities and enquire within. Groups are facilitated by developmental educators, support workers, social workers and professional members of the community
Assist Life Stage Transition
We have experienced Support Coordinators, Social workers, and Welfare workers, who are dedicated to providing NDIS and My Aged Care participants with person-centred supports. Supports range from building connections/networks, coordinating supports, referrals for supports, psychosocial recovery coaching, assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations, life transition planning including mentoring, peer support and individual skill development, and assistance with decision making, daily planning, financial mentoring.
Household Tasks
If you require assistance with domestic tasks like household cleaning, waste removal, yard maintenance, clothes washing and ironing to maintain a safe and healthy environment. We also provide assistance with meal preparation and delivery. Please enquire within regarding NDIS and My Aged Care pricing, tasks and schedule.
Home Modification
If you need any adjustments made to your home to make it more accessible we can help. Modifications available include ramps, grabrails/handrails, door/step modifications, kitchen or bathroom accessibility/renovation, stair lift, elevator installation and more. Please enquire within regarding any NDIS or My Aged Care modification questions.
Innovative Community Participation
Make new memories, connections and experiences by socialising in our NDIS and My Aged Care specific community programs. Choose from a range listed under our Activities and enquire within to engage with us. If there is something you are interested in and can’t find it listed on our website, feel free to reach out and ask. Groups are facilitated by developmental educators, support workers, social workers and professional members of the community.
Aged Care Services
If you are over the age of 65 and looking to get support with personal care or domestic duties, socialise or even home maintenance.
This is done through the Home Care Packages available through My Aged Care. Contact us for a consultation and support around accessing services or even applying for My Aged Care.
